MVP was incorporated in 2004, as a security company in DC. We have since has become a leader in security services throughout the world. MVP is a black-owned security company and Small Business Enterprise (SBE). We provide security services to the private sector, and to local, federal and state governments. For over two decades, MVP has earned an impeccable reputation as a “Go-To” security company in DC for quality security services.
MVP was founded by Melvin E. Key, Sr. Melvin is a two-time board certified security professional in Security Management and Physical Security. He’s also a noted veteran Executive Protection Agent who protects and advises C-Suite executives of Fortune 100 companies. Melvin is also a retired Washington, D.C Police Captain.
What We Do
MVP provides two levels of security services (1) Executive and Close Protection services for VIP clients and (2) Security Guard Services for businesses, facilities and residential property.
Executive Protection
MVP is also one of the most prominent security companies on the east coast for personal protection and bodyguard services for VIP clients. We protect corporate executives from Fortune 1 to Fortune 500 companies, presidential candidates, members of congress, and other high-level government leaders. We provide close protection services to high ranking diplomats, including heads of state, presidents and prime ministers. Security Guard Services

A good segment of our portfolio is still dedicated to providing security guards for our clients. We provide uniformed security officers for guard and mobile patrol for apartment buildings, condominiums, private estates, hotels, construction sites and events. d local events.

The Samurai were warriors who defended their masters and property from pillage and theft during the Heian Period in ancient Japanese war times.
